MAKE RACE RESERVATIONS 48 Hours or less in advance

 

PLEASE NOTE: When you book, you are selecting the time of your first race. Please be aware that we require all reservations to check-in 30 minutes ahead of their scheduled race.

All times for a particular day will open up two days prior.

Please read these Terms & Conditions prior to booking your reservation:

• ALL RACERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A $10 ANNUAL RACING LICENSE* (Includes: SIK License Card, Helmet Rental, Head Sock, Neck Brace, Locker Usage, Shoes if Needed, Free Race on Your Birthday, and Race results)

• All racers must be present at SIK 30 minutes prior to their first race. Our system is time-based and failure to arrive at your designated check-in time may run the risk of missing your race. No refunds or credits for missed check-in times.

• Reservations may be rescheduled or canceled up to 6 hours prior to your reservation.  No refunds or credits will be offered at SIK for rescheduled/canceled reservations within 6 hours.

• Online pricing is the same as our in-store pricing. There is a convenience fee for online processing. 

• The online reservation software does not accept coupons, codes or promotions at this time. Any coupons, discount codes or promotions will need to be scheduled in-house. Refunds will not be issued for previously booked races that want to utilize discount codes, coupons or promotions. 

• A reservation does not include private track time. There will be other racers in your heats, depending on space and availability. For private track rentals, please see our EVENT information.

• Both adult and junior races can be booked online. The two seater can be scheduled for either a junior or adult race, but we kindly request you call us in advance to notify our staff of the need for the two seater. There is no guarantee that a reservation made online without notification will be able to accommodate a two seater ride. You can contact our front desk at 317-870-3780. The two seater must be driven by a member of our staff. 

• ​To expedite the registration process, we invite you to download the App “Activity Box.” Once downloaded it will let you select Speedway Indoor Karting and create an account. With your License QR code we will be able to quickly check you in at your arrival. Minor accounts will not be able to be created with the waiver signed outside of the facility. Those must be done in-house.

 

RACER REQUIREMENTS

ALL PARTICIPANTS must sign a liability waiver and be ready to participate with closed-toe shoes and long hair pulled up. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver in our internal software. ADULT PARTICIPANTS must be at least 14 years of age. JUNIOR DRIVERS must be at least 48 inches tall and a minimum of 8 years old. SIK does have a two-seater kart that must be driven by an SIK staff member and scheduled by calling SIK in advance.
